Introduction to the Terms of Use Agreement

Article 2 - Consumer Legal Capacity

The consumer acknowledges that they have the legal capacity, according to Sharia law and applicable regulations, to engage with the store or that they are at least eighteen years old.

The consumer agrees that if they violate this article, they will bear the consequences of such violation before others.

Article 3 - Nature of Obligation

The store's obligation to consumers is to provide the (service or product) as requested.

The store may offer additional services, such as after-sales support or related services, depending on the nature and type of the service or product requested by the consumer.

Article 4 - Usage Guidelines

The consumer is obliged to use the store's online platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The consumer agrees not to use the service or product in a manner that violates public morals or applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 5 - Account and Registration Obligations

When applying for membership on this store as a user, you are required to provide certain information and choose a username and a secret password for accessing the store's services. By doing so, you agree to:

Article 6 - Electronic Communications and Official Communication Methods

The parties to this agreement agree that communication will be conducted via the email registered on the platform.

The consumer agrees that all agreements, announcements, statements, and other communications provided electronically will have the same legal value as written documents.

The consumer agrees to be contacted and notified of any matters related to this agreement or their dealings with the store via general messages sent to all consumers or to specific users.

Article 7 - Modifications to the Terms of Use and Fees

If any article or clause in this agreement is canceled or becomes invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, rules, and terms, which will remain in force unless notified otherwise by the store.

This agreement, which is amended from time to time as needed, constitutes the mechanism of work, understanding, and agreement between the (consumer) and the (store).

The store may impose fees on certain consumers based on the offers, products, or services they request, or based on any fees or taxes imposed by the government on the nature of the product or service.

The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or discount any fees or expenses under the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use Agreement, regardless of the reason for registration.

Article 8 - Payment and Settlement Services for Stores in the Store

The store is obligated to set the price of the service or product it offers based on the prevailing market value.

The store is obligated to comply with recognized accounting specifications in its online store as part of its obligations under this agreement.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store, whether they were owned before or after the establishment of this online platform.

The consumer respects the intellectual property rights of the store, including the store's name, logos, and other symbols related to the store. All rights associated with the store's name are considered the store's intellectual property.

Article 10 - Store’s Liability

The store is committed to conducting its business through this online platform in accordance with the applicable laws in Saudi Arabia and under the terms of this agreement.

The store is not liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether directly or indirectly, or by the consumer or a third party, such as shipping companies.

The store ensures that its products or services are legitimate, authorized by Saudi law, and used for lawful purposes.

Article 11 - Restriction of Access or Membership

The store may suspend or cancel a consumer’s membership or restrict access to the platform's services at any time, without prior notice and for any reason, without limitation.

Article 12 - Governing Law

This Terms of Use Agreement is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is fully subject to the applicable laws of the Saudi authorities.
