Return and Exchange Terms


Eligible Products for Return or Exchange:


Products must be in their original, unused condition.


They should have the original packaging, tags, and any included accessories (if applicable).


Return Period:


You can return or exchange products within 7 days from the date you receive the order. After this period, we cannot accept any return or exchange requests.


Non-Eligible Products for Return or Exchange:


Products that have been used or opened (unless defective).


Discounted products or those purchased during special promotions.


Perishable items (such as food or cosmetics), unless defective.


Exchange Process


If you wish to exchange a product for another (different size/color or another product), you can submit your exchange request via [email protected]

The replacement product will be shipped as soon as we receive and confirm the condition of the returned product.


Return (Refund) Process


If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we will process the refund to the original payment method after confirming the condition of the returned product.


Return Conditions:


The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.


Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount if the customer paid extra shipping fees.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Attach a picture of the product if it is defective or damaged.


Step 3: If the request is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the product to us.

Step 4: Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will process your request for either an exchange or refund, based on the option you selected.


Defective or Damaged Products


If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will compensate you for the defective product either by replacing it or issuing a full refund.


Return Due to Order Error


If we send the wrong product (not the product you ordered or with the wrong size/color), we will cover the return shipping costs and send the correct product to you.


Processing Time Impact


The return or exchange process may take approximately 14 business days from the date the product arrives at our warehouse.


We will notify you once the process is complete.
